My first travel video, the BBC and World Travel Market

In the spirit of trying new things, I’ve made my first travel video! It’s highlights of my trip to Bolivia and Brazil this summer, set to one of my favourite tracks. Hope you like it, feedback welcome! I made the video with a free video editing app called KineMaster, which I heard about on a recent course I took. It’s free to download for Android from the Google Play store.

(The chance of me being on camera anytime soon are slim ;)

Back in April, I started getting traffic from the BBC website – one of my posts was mentioned in an article on ‘The future of bus travel’ for the BBC Future section of their site. Even though I wrote the original post years ago, it still sends the most traffic my way. So if you’ve landed here from that post, hi! Hope you visit again if you like what you see.

Finally, I’ve signed up to attend one day of this year’s World Travel Market in London at the beginning of November. I’m really interested to hear some of the talks and hope to drop in at the Women in Travel session on Tuesday afternoon. If you’re planning to go along, come and say hi!
